When this family requested Marshall's Beach, we were excited to discover a new spot in San Francisco! So naturally, we researched like crazy! Is it safe? Kid friendly? How's the parking? What's the distance it takes to get to the beach? And we found out that it was for sure going to be an adventure!
There's a steep incline to get to the beach and we figured it would take about 25mins to get down the stairs so we started on the cliff first. And boy, was it WINDY! So we decided to nix the beach and stay on the cliffs! We absolutely LOVED the breathtaking views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the foggy ocean. (Karl the fog made his appearance but only for a little bit. Not as foggy as our last session with this family at Hawk Hill in Marin Headlands.)
To say this family is a pleasure to photograph is an understatement. They are so easy to work with and we just feel like friends exploring together. We genuinely have fun with them and enjoy seeing the love and interaction they have together.
Our Family Sessions are so enjoyable because we have time to capture your family just "being" together. No rush, no hurry, just having fun and capturing the beautiful moments of your family interacting. And we have time to explore!
Now that we have tried out the cliff's of Marshall's Beach, we definitely intend going back and exploring there more!
