"Can we have our engagement photos in Carmel?" SAY NO MORE!
We were creating some content for Kissy's non-profit, Worthy Movement, at Asilomar Beach a while back and were imagining a photoshoot on the white sand and the beautiful shoreline. So when Leah and Anthony wanted their photos just next door to that beach, we were an automatic YES!
We've known Leah for a long time. We grew up together and our families did life together and it's been such a blessing to see her step into this new season of her life! We homeschooled together for a bit, we even went through similar hair debacles 'cuz...curly hair. But no matter how much time has passed, we still have tons of memories together.
When we heard she was engaged (in Hawaii no less!) we were so stoked for her! Anthony is truly a genuine and friendly person - so much so that taking their photos was no problem whatsoever! When we first met him in the parking it was like we were friends already, he just has that way about him. He told us many stories of policing Carmel and that he's able to circle that beach every day for work. He and Leah balance each other so well and are the perfect pair. We know marriage is just a continuation of their love for one another.
