Down at the southern end of Crystal Springs Reservoir in Woodside, California you'll find the Filoli Historic House & Garden—a lively and enchanting spot that's perfect for photoshoots all year round. With a charming country house nestled in 16 acres of stunning gardens, and surrounded by a vast 654-acre estate, this location offers a variety of beautiful backdrops for any type of photo session.

LOCATION FEES

Entry fees vary with General Admission to Membership Admission Tickets.

Additional travel & entrance fees apply.

RESTROOMS

There are accessible restrooms throughout the estate.

ACCESSIBILITY

Paved and dirt pathways along the gardens with a few stairs.

The house features staircases both at the entrance and leading to the second floor.

The availability of certain areas for your photoshoot will vary depending on the lighting conditions at the time of your session.

PETS

No pets are allowed on the premises.

DOWNSIDES

As the gardens are well loved, the estate can get very busy on the weekends as well as spring time bloom season. The best time to plan for your session is on a weekday in the afternoon.
