PAYMENT 

A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve the date and time of your session with us. If you choose to reschedule or postpone your session with us, your booking fee will not be reimbursed or used towards a new session. You will be charged an additional booking fee for a newly rescheduled session.

All booking fees are due within 48 hours upon booking your session with us. If payment is not received within that time frame, you will lose your photo session spot.

 

 

CANCELLATION 

If you choose to cancel your session with us for any reason, no portion of your payment will be refunded.  

 

If we have to cancel or postpone your session with us for any reason (i.e. due to poor weather conditions, emergency, unforeseen circumstances or illness), we will provide a date to reschedule your session*. *Only applies if photo session is canceled by HKCREATE.

                      

 

TRAVEL EXPENSES 

An additional travel fee is applied to your session if the distance from your session location(s) is outside a 20mi radius of where we are located. This fee must be paid in full the day before your scheduled photo session. *Exceptions are pre-determined locations chosen by HKCREATE.

 

 

CHANGES TO YOUR SESSION

Any changes (i.e. location of session, wedding schedules, number of persons in photos, etc.) must be made known to HKCREATE 48hrs in advance before your scheduled photo session.

 

 

SHOOTING TIME 

Your session with us begins at the scheduled start time and ends by the scheduled end time. If you are late for your session, your time will be based off when the agreed start time begins no matter when you arrive. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be an additional fee.

 

If you do not show up for your session, you will not be refunded for the amount already paid.

 

 

SAFETY

We reserve the right to discontinue coverage and leave the location of the event or photo session if we experience inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from anyone at the session.  

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond our control including but not limited to obtrusive guests, late arrival, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to us, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. 

We are not responsible for background or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage. 

We are not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the event or photo session.

 

 

PERMITS & ADDITIONAL FEES

If you choose to have your location where a permit is required, you are responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations as well as any additional fees.

 

 

CAPTURE & DELIVERY

You will receive your fully edited photos from your session 2-weeks from your shoot date (excludes weddings and Holidays).

 

For faster turnaround, an additional fee is required.

 

 

POST PRODUCTION & EDITING

Every photo you receive is fully edited. We determine all post-production and editing styles, effects, artistic direction, and overall look of the images.

All photos received are final in high-res JPEG format and are available to you for your own non-commercial use.

For re-edits of any of your photos (i.e. touch-ups, color correcting, B/W to color, etc.) an additional fee is applied per each requested re-edited photo.

 

We do not issue CAMERA RAW files.

 

 

MODEL RELEASE

Upon booking your session with us, you allow us the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish your photos to our social media, website, and any advertising for HKCREATE.

If you do not wish your photos to be posted on our website or social media as well as any advertising, we understand and will comply with your preference*. *Excludes Weddings

 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATE 

Gift certificates will expire one year after the day of purchase. If not used by the established expiration date, your gift certificate is no longer valid and will not be refunded.

 

 

SAFETY & HEALTH GUIDELINES

Please consider that there is an inherent risk of exposure to infectious diseases in any place where people are present. Although we have implemented recommended practices to promote our health and safety as well as our clients, we cannot ensure or be held liable that the premises are free from contagions. By voluntarily entering and being present at this event, you (and each person in your party) acknowledge and agree to accept complete and sole responsibility for the inherent risk of possible exposure.
