Forecasted rain. Sunlight setting faster than normal due to considerable cloud coverage. But....none of this deterred us! We had a backup plan but hoped for the best because we had a small window of time for this maternity session.
Mama is a creative artist (follow her on Instagram @lovyinlifeandletters) and was rushing over from a boutique where she was selling her artwork. Before our session, she mentioned how nervous they were and awkward they normally felt while getting their photos taken.
But, they had nothing to worry about!
Instead of rain, we had this beautiful sky scape of dotted clouds. Mama put her dress on in the car and was ready to go. And awkward photos? NOPE! These two had so much joy with one another, and were so great getting to know. We laughed the majority of the time. At first, we tried for some more serious photos but they said they couldn't be serious. But hold on! ARE YOU GUYS MODELS!? Because they slayed their shoot! We had so many photos, it was difficult to choose from!
We ended up getting a beautiful sunset and laughing at some hikers who didn't care we were taking photos. #photobomb. All in all such a pleasant photoshoot with these amazing people. Their baby is blessed to have parents like them.
