Q: How long will it take to receive my Digital Photos?
A: It takes up to two weeks after your session to receive the email link to your photos
Q: Do you offer sooner turnaround times to receive photos?
A: Yes we do! We offer 1-week and 2-day turnaround times for an additional fee.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We know Fur Babies are family members too! We will determine a location that allows pets for your photoshoot.
Q: What if I have more than six people in my family?
A: The more the merrier! We charge an additional $10 a person/pet exceeding six subject limit.
Q: What should we wear for our Family Session?
DO wear what makes you feel comfortable. Clothes that aren't comfortable can cause meltdowns, tantrums...
DON'T be matchy-matchy. Be sure to add variety in your clothing
DO color coordinate your outfits by picking 2-3 colors to work with
DO wear solid colors. Any logos or graphic images on clothes can detract from the photo
DO wear neutral/earthtone colors. Any neon or bright orange colors may add a tint to skintones. Safe color choices are: whites, tans, jean, blues, pastels, sage, mustard yellows, etc.
Q: How should we prepare for the session?
A: Be sure to bring snacks and toys for your children as incentives to capture those big smiles! We have a blog here that will help prepare you and your children for the photoshoot.
Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
A: Please give a 24 hour notice before canceling. All booking fees are non-refundable.
Q: What if there are poor weather conditions on the day of my photoshoot? Will I get a refund of my booking fee?
A: As Bay Area Natives, we know that California can have fickle weather at the drop of a hat! Whether (pun intended) rain or poor air quality due to fires, we want you to have the best experience and lighting for your photos. We will offer an additional date to reschedule your shoot and apply your previously paid booking fee to the new rescheduled session.
