We are always excited to meet the new members of our HK families! We took big brothers maternity and newborn photos a couple years ago and now are back to meet his little brother!
Why do we LOVE outdoor newborn sessions, you might ask? JUST LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS! Especially during Golden Hour sessions, we love the glow through the trees that provide a soft, intimate feel in newborn photos.
When we began this session, the parents looked a little frazzled (understandable because they just had another kid!) but once we started in on the photos, they relaxed and began to enjoy themselves. TRUST US PEOPLE! We know what we're doing! ;-) It can take a few minutes to get comfy in front of the camera so instead of worrying about how you look or being a perfect well-behaved family, let us do our job and just enjoy yourselves! We are so thankful this family trusts us to take their family photos, and they're able to enjoy the experience of it.
Big brother was a ball full of energy (as you will see in the following photos) but had so much fun exploring the nature around him. We got some pretty cute running shots that have THE most adorable and goofy smiles!
We HIGHLY recommend outdoor sessions for your newborn photoshoot, especially for families with little ones. It gives them a chance to expend their energy, as well as time to explore and have breaks in between photos if they need them! Every single one that we have done has been such a fun experience and we've loved the outcome of all the photos.
